Hi there! I'm Sandia Pantano. Welcome to my page and get to know me a little!
I am a Wife, Mom and a Photographer based in Northern Virginia. My studio is located in Reston, Virginia. I love Photography of all types, however, my love is with Newborn Photography. I am a lover of all things BABY, and I have been my whole life. Previous to starting my Photography business, I worked as a Ultrasound Technologist at a OB/GYN practice. I decided to pursue newborn photography due to this field and my love for creating art. I thought, while I document and capture babies within the womb by performing Diagnostic Sonography and also 3d4d Ultrasounds, how amazing it would it be to capture babies fresh out of the womb and that's exactly what I did! I went all in back in 2018, by resigning from my ultrasound career, Since then, I've grown my skills through photography webinars, online photography newborn safety courses, joined a newborn photography mentor program and have had the joy of photographing hundreds of babies and families across Northern Virginia!
I would say my style is mostly neutral, light and timeless. I I mainly photograph babies in props like baskets, fur backdrops, buckets, moons, beds, little couch, suitcases etc which I have tons of.
